Usually I buy books like this and realize that there really is nothing I would actually use. Let's face it with Pinterest and easy access to all kinds of smoothie and soup recipes why buy this book. Well, it's full of easy adaptable recipes and since purchasing I have used this every week to make a different soup for my lunch at work. I make it on Sunday and enjoy all week or freeze an individual portion or two for the next week. Super easy and full of useful information! It is on my kitchen counter for easy access! Since purchasing I have upped my intake of veggies and fruits!
I love all the ideas for healthy smoothies. I tend to get stuck with a couple standard recipes. This has broadened my horizons!
I love this book. As I try to cook healthy for myself and husband, we have loved the many soup recipes. I also have tried many of the smoothies. I have enjoyed the book so much that I gave one to my sister. Thank youJulia
I bought this book for the soups because I just bought an immersion blender and it has good recipes in it. The smoothies look great too but they are very high calorie so I will only be using a few of them but will try out the variety of soup options, I like the easy format and the color photos.
There is a good variety of options with brief descriptions of how they can improve overall health and skin.
A nice addition to your cookbooks if you are seeking new ways of eating vegetables.

very useful book. I have referred to it several times already. the descriptions about the nutritive value of foods is so informative and the recipes are great. so far have tried persimmon smoothie and cauliflower soup. great book congratulations.
